• The Women Development Cell's mission is to support the creation of an egalitarian society in a patriarchal environment where cultural notions of male dominance are deeply rooted.
• Assisting female students in maintaining a balanced life in which they do not succumb to depression or become the target of a hostile environment.
• Organize women’s empowerment events and activities.
• To create an environment that inspires women to achieve their full potential and give their all.
• To encourage female students to be self-reliant and economically independent.
• To instill positive self-esteem and confidence in the female students so that they can take the right decision in and for-their lives.
• Creating awareness about the need of gender equality.
