Incubation Centre of Bharathiyar Arts and Science College for Women was established in 2017 to bring the outcome of Research and Education to the society. Incubation of Innovative ideas will be inciuded in the Academic Programme of the College. The Students, Faculty Members and the Researchers of Bharathiyar Arts and Science College for Women will get guidance. Additionally, local residents, particularly farmers and villagers, will register through this centre. They will get appropriate intensive training and mentoring, networking opportunities and assistance to apply for funding will be launched.
VISION
To provide support and training for Faculty members, Students, Researchers and people who are involved to connect Academic Community of the College with the Local community through social development are interested in converting their ideas which directly contribute to societal development.

INTRODUCTION
Vermicompost is an Organic manure made up of Earthworm excreta that is high in humus and nutrients, making it an excellent source of manure for growing crops.
It improves the texture, aeration, and water retention capacity of the soil and also avoiding erosion. Vermicompost is free of pathogens, toxic chemicals, weeds, seeds, and other pollutants.
Among other things, it contains Vitamins, Enzymes, and Hormones such as Auxin Gibberellins. It aids in the decomposition of organic compounds in the soil. Pests and diseases are reduced as a result.
OBJECTIVE
VERMI TECHNOLOGY
Vermi Technology is a way of using Earthworms to turn Biodegradable Wastes, such as Farm Wastes, Domestic Wastes, and other Organic Wastes, into valuable products.
ADVANTAGES OF VERMICOMPOST
PIT METHOD
The four squares (Chamber) pit composting system is an excellent system for preparing organic manure, i.e. compost, which replaces artificial fertilizers and boosts agricultural yield.
MATERIALS
Cow dung, Biomass, Plant and Animal Waste, Earthworms, Brick, Cement, Sand, Green Grass or Leaves, and Water are some of the materials used in construction.
CONSTRUCTION
A lattice of brick walls was built under the shade of a tree to create four square pits (chambers). It used a brick wall to partition the pit area from the base into four roughly equal pieces, or divisions. To guarantee an adequate supply of air during composting, a ventilation hole was made in the dividing walls. After 10 days, two chambers (pits) were filled with a mixture of biomass and cow dung with water to maintain a moisture content of 60–75 percent, while the other two chambers remained empty. This item was turned in after 15 days and then every 30 days after that. Water is splashed after each spin to keep the surface moist. Within 3-4 months, compost (a dark soil-like granular substance) is ready. Earthworms transfer from one chamber to another (second) chamber after 45 days. As a result, one chamber produces around 5–6 quintals of compost.

INTRODUCTION
Azolla is an aquatic heterosporous fern which contains an endophytic cyanobacterium, Anabaena azollae, in its leaf cavity.Nitrogen is one of the most essential elements needed by plants for their growth and azolla's high nitrogen content makes it an ideal biofertilizer.
Biofertilizers and organic fertilizers are natural fertilizers that improve the soil in many ways that are not provided by chemical fertilizers and they do not have their negative side effects. Organic fertilizers are dead organic matter of animal, plant and microbial origin that provides plant nutrients.
OBJECTIVES
ADVANTAGES OF AZOLLA BIOFERTILIZER
PIT METHOD
Production of azolla About 1.5 kg of mother culture of azolla seed material brought from azolla mother nursery is spread uniformly over the bed after stirring the water in the azolla bed. Care should be taken about the source of the azolla seed. concrete tanks of size 2 m long, 1 m wide and 0.5 m deep. Due care should be taken so that water can stand in the tank. The lay out of the tanks are shown in the photograph. Arrangements for water to each tank should be made by laying pipe and tap from the over head tank.
MATERIALS
Cow dung, , brick, cement, sand, Soil, and water are some of the materials used in construction. Azolla innoculam.
CONSTRUCTION
Azolla tank was builde by using brick, and cement under the green house.then the requied amount of the soil were added to the tank ,and1 to 1.5 gram of cow dung was added to the tank and required amount of the water were filled with the tank. The depth of soil layer should be about 10 cm. the tank Single Super Phosphate (SSP) were to be added to the tank at every week. Allow the tank to stand overnight. On the following day, spread around 200 g of fresh Azolla inoculums over the surface of the water. It takes about 2 weeks for Azolla to form a mat over the water surface. Water level in the tank should be maintained especially during summer months
