WOMEN EMPOWERMENT FOR RURAL STUDENTS

Women Empowerment is an initiative made that increases self-confidence, Self-Esteem and the ability to make their own decisions regardless of gender. Women Empowerment in India is based on the Educational, Social, and Physical Environment they live in. Every State, Village, and Local Government in India works on teaching and increasing awareness about basic issues such as Gender Equality, Health, Hygiene, Economic Development, and Domestic abuse, among others. The Institution is unusual in that it encourages women to develop their entire personalities, preparing them to address global concerns. The College has recruited highly educated instructors to help outcomes for all students intellectually as Under Graduates and Post Graduates. Our Institution’s greatest asset is its dedicated Faculty Members.

• The Brainstorming Quiz Contests are conducted to test their knowledge and evaluation skills to the test.
• Educational Trips, Industrial Visits, in addition to academic recreation on College campuses are also used to optimize concept development and enhance experiential learning among students.
• They have been able to attain considerable academic growth attributable to access to a well-stocked digital library (INFLIBNET, DELNET N-LIST) with Internet facility, e-learning sources, Journals, and Magazines.
• Another method to help students keep up in their studies is to participate them in a remedial class for slow learners. Our scores have been quite excellent over the last five years, and several of our deserving students have secured university positions.
• Talent is recognized by Merit Scholarships, Fee Concessions, and Roll of Honor is conferred upon the excellence in recognition of the consistent hard work.
• Awarding of Prizes Ceremony and Convocations are organized to honor academic achievement and confer degrees at the end of courses.
• Our college’s sports profile speaks eloquently about our athletes’ accomplishments. The annual athletic meet is a recurring event that allows all of the ladies to demonstrate their athletic skill in a variety of track and field events.
• A state-of-the-art Gymnasium is available to the girls for their fitness.
• Yoga sessions are also offered.
• The cultural component of a student’s personality is sharpened by exposure to various co-curricular activities. Numerous Club and Society activities, Talent Hunt Shows, Fresher’s Parties, Farewell Parties, Youth
• Festivals, and Inter College Competitions are just a few of the ways that students can express themselves.
• Students are encouraged to take on society responsibilities in addition to being self-centered through NSS and Outreach programs. Students can participate in Blood Donation Camps, Swachh Abhiyan, Swachh Bharat, Rakshtriya Ekta Diwas, Jal Sakthi Abiyan, and Clean India, as well as Plantation Drives and Awareness Rallies, to demonstrate their social responsibility. We try to develop traits like compassion, love for heritage and culture, unity, collaboration, honesty, nationalism, and a secular worldview in pupils through a variety of events and lectures.
• Morning Assembly, a display of one word in five languages, and daily news are only a few examples of how to arouse spiritual impulses in young minds and create a devotional atmosphere in the college.
• The State Government, UGC, and the Central Governments give several sorts of scholarship possibilities to socially-backward students such as ST/SC/OBC/Minorities.
• Merit and Sports Scholarships are also available to encourage students with a wide range of needs and talents. The establishment of such programmes means that each student’s caliber (in academics or sports) is determined, and specialized programmes are customized to their unique needs.
• A Scholarship is awarded to a Sports student who has excelled in their higher education or Under Graduate studies in the District, Divisional, State, and National Levels. These students are inspired to compete in inter collegiate meets hosted by University and other Institutions.
• The majority of our students have a strong academic background that allows them to work in a variety of respectable institutions and organizations. Some of our students have employed as Assistant Professor Positions at various colleges after clearing the NET/SLET examinations. Some students have passed the TET Exams and are currently employed as Postgraduate instructors in a various schools. Some of our graduates are placed in reputable positions in top-tier companies like Infosys, TCS, and Plus Max.
• Excellence in teaching is exhibited through student mentorship, one-on-one engagement in remedial classes, group discussion, and encouraging advanced learners to attend national and international conferences to learn and share ideas.
• Most of the Graduates and Alumnae have gone on to pursue Doctorates, pass the State Civil Service Exam and other Public Service Commission Examinations and establish careers in a various sectors.
• Students’ understanding of the current environmental condition is prioritized, and various programs such as Energy Saving, Waste Management, and Planting Campaigns are employed to encourage them to become environmentally conscientious citizens.
• We empower female students financially, emotionally, and mentally by teaching them leadership skills and recognizing their potential.
• The institution provides a forum for women to share their experiences and perspectives on their place in society, as well as to improve their financial independence, through Alumnae Meet.
• An alumnae fund is established with the support of a recognized Alumnae Association. Through this fund, the children of daily wage workers in our institution were able to pursue higher education.
• To reduce CO2 emissions, energy use, and water use, the institution maintains a clean and green campus. The students can be healthy and clean while creating such an environment.
• Our herbal garden contains several therapeutic herbs that assist our students in overcoming their health issues.
• We provide the opportunity for students to obtain a driver’s license, a Passport and a PAN card.
