Internal Complaints Committee
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) supports the creation of a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for women in the institution. It plays an important role in promoting awareness of appropriate workplace conduct, dignity, mutual respect and the prevention of sexual harassment. The committee provides an institutional mechanism for receiving and addressing complaints that fall within its jurisdiction, following applicable legislation and established procedures. It also encourages awareness of individual rights, responsibilities and the importance of maintaining professional boundaries in academic and workplace interactions. Through awareness activities and appropriate institutional processes, the committee aims to strengthen trust, confidentiality, fairness and respect within the campus community.
