Our goal is not merely for our students to
obtain degrees. They must evolve into highly
employable professionals, entrepreneurs,
researchers, administrators and community
leaders.
The future journey of Bharathiyar Arts and
Science College for Women (Autonomous) is
dedicated to moulding a new generation of
women who excel in knowledge and capability,
inspired by Mahakavi Bharathiyar's noble
ideal of empowered womanhood:
"An upright posture and a steadfast gaze."
Every student of our college must embark
on her life's journey with the unwavering
conviction:
"I can, and I will achieve; I will be
of service to my society and my nation."
This is our dream, our vision and our

Every student who graduates from our college
must move ahead believing that her education

பெண்களை வழிநடத்தவும்,
புதுமைகளைப் படைக்கவும்,
சிறந்து விளங்கவும் ஊக்குவித்தல்
எங்கள் மாணவியர் பட்டங்களைப் பெறுவது
மட்டுமே எங்களது இலக்கல்ல. அவர்கள்
வேலைவாய்ப்புக்குத் தகுதியான
தொழில்முறை வல்லுநர்கள், தொழில்

எதிர்காலப் பயணம், அறிவிலும்
திறமையிலும் சிறந்து விளங்கும்
புதிய தலைமுறைப் பெண்களை
உருவாக்குவதற்காக அர்ப்பணிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

என்ற சிந்தனையே எங்களுக்கு
வழிகாட்டியாக உள்ளது.
எங்கள் கல்லூரியின் ஒவ்வொரு
மாணவியும் தனது வாழ்க்கைப்
பயணத்தைத் தொடங்கும்போது,
"என்னால் முடியும், நான் சாதிப்பேன்;
எனது சமூகத்திற்கும் நாட்டிற்கும்
சேவை செய்வேன்"
என்ற அசைக்க முடியாத
தன்னம்பிக்கையைக் கொண்டிருக்க
வேண்டும். இதுவே எங்களது கனவு,
தொலைநோக்குப் பார்வை மற்றும்
எதிர்கால இலக்காகும்.
எங்கள் கல்லூரியில் பட்டம் பெறும்
ஒவ்வொரு மாணவியும் தனது கல்வி
தனது வாழ்க்கையை மட்டுமல்லாமல்,
தனது குடும்பத்தையும் சமூகத்தையும்
உயர்த்தும் என்ற நம்பிக்கையுடன்
முன்னேற வேண்டும். அறிவால் உயர்ந்து,
திறமையால் சிறந்து, தன்னம்பிக்கையால்
வெற்றி பெற்று, எங்கள் கல்லூரி
சமூகத்தின் கல்விச் சிறப்பிற்கான
ஒளிவிளக்காகத் திகழ வேண்டும்
என்பதே எனது எதிர்கால இலட்சியமாகும்.
கல்விச் செல்வத்தின் பெருமை
“கற்றாரை யாண்டும் புகழ் சேரும்.”
“கற்றோர் இருப்பிடம் அனைவருக்கும் மகிழ்ச்சி தரும்.”
இந்த உயரிய சிந்தனைகளுக்கு
ஏற்ப, கல்விச் செல்வமே ஒரு
பெண்ணுக்கு உண்மையான
தைரியத்தையும் சுதந்திரத்தையும்
வழங்கும் வலிமையாகும்.
அந்த உணர்வுடன், எங்கள்
கல்லூரி ஒரு சிறந்த கல்வி
மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி நிறுவனமாக
உயர்ந்து, அனைத்து மாணவியரும்
உலகளாவிய அளவில் போட்டியிட்டு
வெற்றி பெறும் வகையில்
அவர்களுக்கு அதிகாரமளிக்க
வேண்டும் என்பதே எனது
